Cozycity 14-Day Returns Promise

We stand behind our products and offer a 14-day return and exchange window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Guidelines

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Please access our Returns Portal or contact our Customer Experience Team before sending anything back.
  
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging included.
  
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or shipped to the wrong address, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  
• Returns that do not arrive at our warehouse (including lost or refused shipments and packages marked “Return to Sender”) cannot be refunded.

Fair Use Policy

Our return policy is intended to be fair and flexible. However, excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent return behavior may result in denied requests or restrictions on future purchases. In some cases, returns may only qualify for an exchange, or a small handling fee of up to $15 may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping & Fees

• If a return is approved due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we may provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup where available.
  
• For all other returns (such as change of mind or size/color preference), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  
• Original shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes charged by local authorities are non-refundable.
