1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

Standard shipping (domestic): approx. 3–7 business days.

Standard shipping (international): approx. 7–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs inspections.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping or other shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except where required by law.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase.

Cozycity is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “return to sender,” we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt, and include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other solution in line with our policies.
